Business Development /Sales Manager

Seeking for IT Business Development Sales Manager with positive attitude, independent and enthusiastic to be part of the dymanic team located in Town Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Identify new opportunities and develop business development strategy to generate new businesses in Cyber Security and IT Products
  • Develop Go-to-Market initiatives with measurable ROI to meet product financial targets
  • Stitch solutions that may require customization and integration effort to address specific customer/segment needs
  • Respond to Tenders / RFPs with technical solutions which include commercials and pricing escalations. Conduct presentations to customers on the solutions offered and perform technical clarifications
  • Formulate value propositions and product positioning to create differentiations in Cyber Security
  • Conduct lead generation activities and promotion to drive awareness and accelerate adoption locally
  • Close engagement with internal sales team to drive product mindshare and buy-in through creative training programs, comprehensive sales enablement tool kits, case studies, and sales incentive programs
  • Analyse competitive landscape and drive change
  • Develop cross-product bundles to create values and generate new growth
  • Justify and manage overall product A&P budget

Job Requirements:


  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 6 years of BD/IT sales experience in handling tenders, conducting leads and go to market strategy
  • Self-motivation, Sales Driven
  • A good Team Player
  • Past Experience in IT Security is an advantage
  • Oman Driving License/UAE
  • An advantage for Arabic Speaker.
